  Rubbish service. Why rush when there are no customers waiting? Please listen to how your customers would like their hair cut. Actually look at the photos I show, not just a 2 second glance. Will never return. Thank you for your time.

  I went for their scalp massage and they literally massaged me for 5 seconds. The rest of the service involved putting a machine cover your head with mild heat and a quick shampoo in the end for $65. It is the worst rip off I ever had in Canberra. Due to staff's poor English, I didn't bother complaining to them, but will never visit this salon again.
