I would just like to place on record the sterling work that your Agent Stephanie has put in as our agent.

In October/November of this year I paid for the carpet in in our rental property to be replaced.

For the first time in approximately 2 years, we had a property inspection undertaken by Stephanie and found her to be a very professional and caring agent.

A couple of weeks later, we discovered that the new carpet, in the corner of the dinning was now soaking wet.
In despair (as you can imagine) we rang Stephanie.
Stephanie was straight onto it, arranged your plumbers to come and look.
The plumbers found the leak was not in our apartment, so Stephanie took it upon herself to arrange for other agents to be contacted and have their plumbers attend, to the other apartments attached to the plumbing, as well as the Body corporate.
Long story short, the leak was finally found in the apartment next door, and original was thought to be the dishwasher, which they disconnected.
Stephanie was about to engage carpet cleaners and repairers when we discovered the water was still leaking in.

Upon talking to our neighbours, they had advised that they still had a leak.
When Stephanie was advised of this she took upon herself to call the other agent and try and arrange to get it fixed.
Although the leak is still happening, Stephanie has kept onto the other agent and provides us with a two daily updates at the least.

This is not in Stephanie’s job role as we understand to go these extra efforts for us as the tenants, but she has done it for us, as it shows her professional attitude and care for her tenants.
As an owner of rental properties both here in Australia and New Zealand, I have never had such a great agent.

Can you please nominate her for rental agent of the year and also give her a pat on the back for the work she has done on our behalf.
If this is the care and understanding she gives to all her listing, I am sure Lutons will have very many happy tenants and owners.
